Privacy Policy
This page summarises how the Caviar De Pierre service works today. The complete legal document is being finalised and will replace this summary.
What we keep
- Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth, given when you register.
- The delivery addresses you save, your bookings, orders, membership and payment records.
- For a saved card: only its brand, last four digits, expiry and holder name. The card itself is held by Stripe.
- An invitation's personal message is shown only on the invitation itself.
Who processes it
- The website and its database are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (European Union).
- Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends sign-in codes and service emails.
- Our team uses Odoo for orders, deliveries, stock and accounting.
- Changes our team makes to accounts, invitations and memberships are recorded in an audit history.
Sign-in
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. We keep only a protected form of the code, never the code itself.
