Terms of Service
This page summarises how the Caviar De Pierre service works today. The complete legal document is being finalised and will replace this summary.
Access by invitation
- Accounts are created only from a personal invitation, with an email address verified by a one-time code.
- An invitation can be accepted for 30 days after it is created.
- Accepting an invitation gives 30 days of Guest access to the Shop.
Membership
- A membership term is 12 active months, counted from the day the first payment is confirmed (Dubai time).
- Basic: automatic monthly instalments for the 12-month term. Loyal: annual payment in advance.
- Memberships renew automatically for a new term. Renewal can be cancelled only in the final 7 days of a term; the current term then continues to its end.
- Pauses begin at the next monthly boundary and extend the term by the paused months (Basic: up to 3 months, one month per pause; Loyal: up to 5 months).
- Each membership includes a monthly allowance of caviar by type, delivered on the dates you book in your account.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
- Cards are processed by Stripe. Caviar De Pierre does not see or store full card numbers.
- Shop purchases are separate from your membership allowance and are paid when you order.
