Caviar storage acknowledgement

We ask you to confirm this each time you buy caviar in the Private Shop and each time you book or change an included delivery, separately from the terms.

What it means

• Caviar is a perishable chilled food. From the moment it is delivered, keep it refrigerated between −4°C and 0°C, and eat it by the date on the tin. Once a tin is opened, eat it within the period stated on the packaging.
• We are not responsible for spoilage, deterioration, illness or food poisoning caused by storing, transporting or handling the caviar outside that range after delivery, or by eating it after that date.

What it does not change

• It does not limit our responsibility for caviar that was already unfit when we delivered it: tell us within twenty-four (24) hours, and we replace or refund it as the Shop, Delivery & Refund Terms describe.
• It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.
